Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the net89 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person and at least 21 years of age. net89 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all Indonesian members in accordance with local responsible gaming standards. Access by anyone under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of net89 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform under a self-exclusion request, a Company-initiated suspension, or any responsible gaming directive.
• You are acting voluntarily, in full legal capacity, and are not subject to any court order or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

Account Registration

Each individual may register one Account only on the net89 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or connected accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK as printed on your KTP), valid email address, active mobile number, and preferred payment method details. net89 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when prompted; net89 strongly recommends activating this feature immediately upon registration.
• You must notify net89 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• net89 will never contact Members to request their password. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• Account login sessions are logged by IP address, device fingerprint, and timestamp for security monitoring purposes.

KYC verification is mandatory before a Member's first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP), proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, and, where requested, a selfie with the ID document. net89 targets a KYC review turnaround of no more than 24 hours for complete submissions.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the net89 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata), and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). net89 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees independently.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though transactions above Rp 50.000.000 may require additional verification.
• Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your Account within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1–5 minutes of confirmed payment receipt during standard banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00 WIB). Transfers made outside these hours may experience minor delays.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 100.000.000 per transaction.
• E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–15 minutes during operating hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is released. Subsequent withdrawals may also be subject to verification at the Company's discretion.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a change has been formally approved by the net89 compliance team.
• net89 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

net89 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including, but not limited to, a welcome deposit bonus, daily live casino reload bonuses, weekly loss cashback, and periodic tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the individual offer terms — typically between 20× and 35×) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to Bonus Funds only; real-money balance is withdrawable at any time.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live table games and sportsbook bets typically contribute at a lower rate (10%–20%) than slots (100%). The contribution breakdown for each bonus is published in the individual offer terms.
• Time Limits: Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from the date of credit). Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while wagering requirements on a previous bonus remain outstanding will result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any Member found to be exploiting bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, structured betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or collusion with other Members — will have all Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited and may face permanent suspension.
• Discretion: net89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Members who have already claimed a bonus will not be retroactively affected by mid-promotion changes unless evidence of abuse is identified.

Gaming Rules

All games available on the net89 Platform — including live casino titles (baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Live Blackjack, roulette), slot machines, and sportsbook markets — are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface or betting slip. The following general rules apply across all game categories:

• All live casino games are supplied by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and similar certified providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer action and are independently audited for fairness.
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet acceptance are the final odds applied to that wager. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at the Company's discretion.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during an active game round, net89 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's Account.
• net89 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously erroneous odds, whether arising from a typographical error, data feed fault, or pricing anomaly. Affected Members will be notified and stakes refunded.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game round are displayed within each game interface and are subject to change. High-volume Members may request increased limits by contacting the VIP support team.

Responsible Gaming

net89 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all Members directly within the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend account access for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the Platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months and takes effect within 24 hours of the request being submitted.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the net89 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — including but not limited to those affecting game logic, bonus crediting, or payment processing. Any such exploit must be reported immediately to support.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent game fairness or bonus terms.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring transactions, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code or infrastructure of the Platform.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward net89 staff or other Members via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the net89 Platform — including but not limited to the net89 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, text, game assets, promotional materials, and underlying software — is the exclusive intellectual property of net89 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes as permitted by these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of net89.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, net89, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

net89's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• net89 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• net89 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment provider errors that affect a Member's ability to access the Platform or complete a transaction.
• Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, the limitations in this clause apply to the maximum extent permitted.

Privacy & Data

net89 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. net89 does not sell Member data to third-party marketing organisations.

Amendments to These Terms

net89 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes — including changes to eligibility criteria, bonus conditions, withdrawal limits, or liability provisions — will be communicated to Members via email to the address registered on the Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum notice period of 14 days before the changes take effect.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, or updates to contact details) may take effect immediately without prior notice. The current version of these Terms, with its effective date and version number, is always available at https://net89.pro/terms-conditions.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which net89 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute as to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless resolved earlier through the dispute resolution process below.

Dispute Resolution Process:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact net89 customer support at [email protected] with a written description of your complaint. net89 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the matter is not resolved at Step 1, you may request escalation to the net89 Compliance Manager by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — Escalation". A response will be provided within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — External Mediation: If the dispute remains unresolved after Step 2, either party may refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as designated by the applicable licensing authority.
